I come here often. Usually Ill order on the app and have it ready for pick up but today i ordered at the register. The guy... taking the orders was not welcoming and impatient as if he didn't want to be at work. He made my food incorrectly but theyremade it with no problems. Everything was hot, fresh and delish. I probably will just continue to do store pick up versesdealing with impatient workers next time tho. Read more

Haven't been to Potbellys in years, just as delicious as I remembered. Kids loved the shakes and the staff was super friendly.
