The atmosphere was dope, had great customer service but the food was super bland for it to have all this extra stuff like fresh... basil, truffle butter etc. my steak was over cooked, and the pasta ravioli dish came out cold. It took awhile for the waitressto come back to our table but I remember her giving our table a free drink for the wait. Which was greatly appreciated! I sat at my table 30 minutes with no one coming to check if I need anything. I do not understand. Does anyone realize how much... money the restaurant can make or the servers themselves in tips. You have two hostess people up front doing nothing. I am outof work and good manage this place to make money and be packed everyday all-day with great service. Ruscello was amazing when it first opened! I’ve been here several times and they’ve been having some unfortunate issues. The... servers are so friendly and accommodating but seem to be fighting the kitchen a lot. Dishes tend to be inconsistent from visitto visit, sometimes food comes cold. The most recent time our food didn’t come for an hour and when it did we all got ourdishes at different times. This restaurant could be really great if it got the staffing it needed in the kitchen and solvedit’s other issues. I’d love to see it get back to the quality that it had when it first opened! Love this place. Nice ambience and friendly staff every time. Really good food. The flatbread is great, the burger is fantastic.... I thought the flat iron steak was 4 stars instead of 5 but that's still pretty good. Excellent drinks. I like that they changethe menu seasonally and the food always tastes fresh. Read more
I've been a Nordstrom customer for years, this is by far my favorite Ruscello location. This one doesn't feel as stuffy. The... food is awesome and the waitstaff is very attentive. I have a severe food allergy, and the manager Amanda even came out to checkour table and make sure the meal was great. Not many places even care but she even asked if I had an allergy card to provide tochef Audrey while my meal was being prepared. Love the attention to detail, wish more restaurants would provide this level ofcustomer service. Read more
