Terrible customer service at this location. We ordered our meal online. When we went to pick it up ..the girl thought we were... doordash saying we have to cancel the order because they were out of an item. Both of the workers didn't understand that weplaced the order online thru that specific store. When we asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it that we had tocall doordash. At that point I asked for their general managers number or corporate to which they said they didn't know. I hadto ask them look for it. They gave us the stores number but didn't provide the GM's name. One of the workers was frustratedsaying she has the other customers screaming in her ear. Please retrain these employees on customer service and basic knowledgeof who to contact when there is an issue. We had to leave without a refund. I had to google corporate to be able to get arefund. Overall just a big inconvenience. I'm still hungry and upset with the whole interaction. Read more

Latest visit: I continue to have problems at this KFC, so it will be the last time I order from here. Menu online says 8-piece... fill-up includes 3 large sides -- 2 mashed and 1 coleslaw. I have ordered this fill-up many times in the past, both online andin-person, and it has ALWAYS included 3 large sides. Today I went in and ordered an 8-piece fill-up. Received only 2 largesides. Was told it only comes with 2 sides and that the online menu is different than in-store menu. Huh? BTW, the receipt said"8-piece meal," which is a different option on the menu and which includes only 2 sides, even though the price is the same asthe fill-up. Also, paid $1 extra for all dark meat, but was given mixed dark and white. So essentially I overpaid $1 for thewrong meat and was shorted 1 large side, valued at $4.99. Done with KFC. They can't get simple orders right. Prior review: Ispecifically ordered a Side Lovers Meal (digital only special) rather than the regular 8-piece meal so that I could pick any 3large sides. Ordered 2 coleslaw and 1 mashed potatoes, but when I got home, I saw that I received only 1 coleslaw, not 2. Verydisappointing since coleslaw is our favorite part of the meal and the reason I ordered the Side Lovers Meal. It would be a20-minute drive back to the store, and with gas prices so high, it wasn't worth the trip. At least the chicken this time wasOk, not dry and inedible like last time. And the young lady at the drive-thru was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, theycould not get my simple order correct. Update: I contacted KFC via their website, and they said they were refunding $5, whichis better than nothing. The cost of a large side ala carte is $4.99 plus tax. Kfc has tremendously fell off. I order during lunch hours today. You would think during lunch hours. The food would be hot &... fresh. I had the chicken littles for the kids. A chicken sandwich & a 3 piece meal. The chicken littles was dry , hard aroundthe edges.the Mayo clunked on was disgusting and the chicken sandwich was the same way! The 3 piece meal was salty & hard to beoriginal. The mashed potatoes was soupy and salty( maybe because of the gravy). I should have listened to my husband when hesaid . His meal was horrible 2 weeks ago! Thee only thing my mom & the kids enjoyed was the lemonade. Read more

Ordered quickly and received food in a timely manner. It was fine until I asked for my receipt. I heard the manager complaining... through the closed drive thru window that I should have got it the first time. If her employee gave it to me it wouldn't havebeen a problem. But her attitude and disrespect was very unnecessary! I will not patronize this establishment again. I wantedthe receipt to complete the survey to recognize their service. She totally ruined that by blaming me for their mistake. Read more
