Avoid this place. Just like the other reviews, their pizza tracker said my pizza was being prepared for 45 minutes, after... calling and waiting 20 minutes, I ask about my order and am told they are preparing it now.???????????????? it took them an hourto prepare 2 pizzas. Read more
1:20 Yes!! One hour and twenty minutes to get a pizza delivered. That is CRAZY!!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else... for dinner. I'm in a hotel from out of town and I could have made a pizza faster than that. Read more
No meat on one half of my buffalo chicken sandwich. This is the second time it's happened. On another sandwich I ordered, it was... a mess. Most of the fillings were out of the sandwich and the bacon on it was terrible and there was only a few pieces ofchicken on the whole sandwich. I thought the first time was a mistake on them. Now, it's a mistake on me for going back a secondtime. I will not make that mistake again, and I hope you don't either. Read more
Had to pickup my own delivery. My order was in Preparation by ?Jamil? for almost 1 hour. Then another 45 minutes in Quality... check. I tried calling the store twice and they didn?t bother to answer, despite me being on hold both times for about 10minutes. I finally gave up and went to pickup my order. I was told they are ?busy.? While they refunded my order, Jamil didn?tseem to care and didn?t offer an apology. I highly don?t recommend people to order from this store. Read more
Maybe hit or miss, but we got a hit yesterday ordering around 4 PM on a Saturday. Everything arrived correct in about 40 minutes... hot and tasty, plenty of toppings. We like the online GPS tracker able to watch delivery driver as made his way to our location.He called a minute out to see if we wanted curbside or for him to come to the door. I forgot the reason I ordered from the farthest location possible from my new house. This particular location is hands down the... WORST Domino?s location out of any city and state I?ve been in. Customer service, wait time, food quality, you name it- theywill be even worse than you can imagine. I accidentally ordered from this location over an hour and a half ago and the trackerstill says my order is being prepped. It says to call the store if there?s an issue or you need to check on the order, but noone ever answers. This place needs new management or should just shut down and give their clientele to the nearby Domino?slocation that can actually perform. Read more
The driver was nice, but have your oven ready to heat the pizza up. It will be delivered cold. Might save some money by just... getting a Papa Murphy's since you have to bake it again anyway. Steer clear of this joint. Read more
This particular store gets zero stars but in order to make the post, I had to select one. Much more than they deserve. I had... ordered a pizza two weeks previously and it was extremely late and cold upon delivery. I had tracked the driver on the app andhe was all over the neighbourhood. When he did show up, he took me to task for my directions. I just took the pizza and wrote upa poor review on the Dominos app. Two weeks later, I ordered again and there was no delivery for over 90 minutes. I went tocheck the front door and found the pizza thrown in the mulch beside the door! It was apparent some form of wild life had beengnawing on it. I called the store to complain and spoke to Asst. Manager Josh. He was unapologetic and had a "so what"demeanour. I hung up and went to the store with the pizza. When I entered the store, the delivery individual from two weekspreviously was there but abruptly left. I then spoke to "Josh". He initially was shocked at the condition of the pizza butquickly regained his previous attitude when he remembered our previous discussion. Long story made short, I advised "Josh" thatthe matter was handled extremely poorly and that I would be escalating my complaint to Dominos' corporate, the local Chamber ofCommerce and the local health authority. "Josh" replied that he did not care and advised me that I was on the store securitycamera. My advice, do not patronise this store. The management is obviously disconnected from what even passes as minimal clientservice and the delivery person is in severe need of termination. Read more
