Waited 25 minutes for a two shakes. I order a Oreo pack online, I received one strawberry and one Oreo that was filled half way.... Staff was on their phone talking on the phone the whole time while making food while phone in hand as well. Wasted money andtime. Shakes look awful as well. It was not busy at all and it took forever to get our food. I ordered the Cobb salad and added chicken. The salad came and was... missing the eggs and tomatoes. The server brought some tomatoes out but they were all squishy and told me there was no eggs forthe salad. I had ordered a coke before we placed our food order and I reminded him three times about it and he never brought it.My daughter ordered the kids meal burger, which they charged me for a full price side and 2.99 for her kids milk, which is notwhat is on the menu. Her burger bun was very hard on top of all this. my son ordered french toast, it was fine, overall the foodwas okay but not worth the cost and the service and cleanliness of the dining room was horrible. I still left him a good tip, itis not easy being a server, I know I was a server for 6 years and I get this is Denny's but we will never be back and will notrecommend people stop at this Dennys. I haven't been here in a really long time because it was awful the last few times we went years ago. Decided to give it another... try. It hasn't changed. Most of the food was eh! Definitely not worth what they charge. A bunch of empty trays sitting on thebuffet or old dried out stuff. Not very clean, especially the bathrooms. Food was not tasty and I got very sick on my way home. Our waitress was very friendly but we still have to ask for simple things... such a refills. Half of my boyfriends order was forgotten. (We decided not to even say anything due to the disappointment intaste). Will not be going back anytime soon. Dennys used to be a favorite of mine. Things have gone downhill. Read more
My goodness it was very tricky to get to this location. The path is weird since there's construction too. The food I got was... more than excellent; but the muffin was way delicious to the point I needed to order another one. It can be eaten withoutbutter. Still, I spread some jelly and it enhanced the richness of it. Customer service was excellent. Read more
Interestingly, earlier I saw all the bad Google reviews and didn't try Denny's until today. I had tried 4 breakfast places with... higher ratings and was pretty disappointed, then thought to overlook the bad reviews of Dennys and give it a try today. Guesswhat? Denny's exceeded my expectations. Price, amount, taste, service: 10/10. It's true that they are understaffed (looked like). But luckily, our server was very attentive and food was served pretty fast. Very satisfied. My new favorite breakfast place,almost like waffle house. Am definitely returning. Read more
The food was great but the service was horrible. We sat in the waiting entrance for 15 mins. No one greeted us at all. Finally... we had to approach the cashier & ask to be seated. I am a server/bartender so I know what is an appropriate amount of time itshould take to greet, seat & get a drink. I wouldve understood if it was busy but there was literally two tables with maybe 5guests in the whole building. After finally getting a table, it took the server Amber about 10/15 more minutes to even greet us.Then she took forever to bring our drinks. Never brang us a check, never checked on us. We had ordered through Doordash this afternoon. A breakfast chicken fried steak with extra sausage and a dinner chicken fried... steak. Added a side salad to the order. We didn't receive the sausage, toast, or the entire dinner chicken fried steak and theside salad came with no dressing or utensils. EXTREMELY disappointed. Read more
