They definitely need to be more fresh ordered whopper but bread was hard try tell the lady running her mouth like she was a... manager played like she didn't here me luckily lady who was in lobby changed it out it still didn't taste fresh to me this placedefinitely need new cooks and fresh toppings I feel like they sandwich makers don't care if its fresh or not will not be backagain!!! Last time I came here was in 2019 and they improved the store but they need to improve more. The fountain drinks were not right... and had too little syrup. Coke was the worst. The large fries is the same as a small was years ago. The bacon king was goodbut I ordered a bacon double CB on the side and it came with no bacon. I won't be back considering it was $16 for this and otherfast food places can do better for that amount. Read more

By far the worst burger king experience for me. Chicken sandwich burnt and i mean burnt . Nuggets not far behind but not as bad.... Fries were fine . The only thing that makes this experience better is the GrubHub's delivery man Desmond who got the food herein 15 mins instead of 30. He should get a raise and the cook should be fired. Read more

Prodestant employees have not noticed. Just let's go your hired , work till you get use to the menu and your customer service... with the public. It's being young all over when ordering front counter. The time has the job. Not the food service. Read more

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two orders of the five-piece French toast sticks. The people were friendly and the... service was fairly quick. The issue that I have is the quality of the French toast sticks that I got. If you look at theattached photo you'll see what I was served. Completely unedible! I used the receipt and contacted corporate and asked thatsomebody reach out and nobody has. Terrible terrible customer service by corporate! Read more

I HATE to give a review for fast food?BUT it?s too good NOT too. These new chicken sandwiches R totally awesome and WHAT A DEAL!... Chicken sandwich and a FREE Whopper for $4.23?! How can U passed it up? I ordered a spicy chicken and of course my favorite ofall time, the Whopper. Can?t eat them both in one sitting so nuking later the whopper for 10-15 second just to warm itup?YUMMY! My only complaint?it was a tad slow. It was busy during their lunch period?but it?s why they called it fast foodright? Besides I ordered online and expected to fly through the drive up window. NOPE?there were like 6-7 cars at least in frontof me. So I went inside?only one customer in front of me, and still took longer than I would like. Stop at this Burger King. Informed the cashier that their American Flag was flying loose and if they could inform the manager to... have it corrected. 25 min later nothing had been done, even though the store had very few customers. I then asked to speak tothe manager to which he replied that no one told him. After visiting the Target store I noticed there manager returning back tothe store with a ladder, but the flag had not been fixed. At this point I offered to help because I thought he might had beengetting a taller ladder. He said no. I then went to another Target. After approximately an hour I I drive past this Target tosee that the flag issue still had not been resolved. After seeing this I called customer service. After 30, no one has returnedto fix the flag even though the store is slow with few customers. Read more
