As a doordash driver, I went into this restaurant to pick up my customer's food. While he was still preparing the order I asked... the employee if I could please use the bathroom (it was locked). He refused to give me the key claiming that it's "for payingcustomers only". Look dude, you don't have this paying customer without a doordash driver! I unassigned the delivery and left. Read more
This was an wonderful surprise. I saw it had opened when I was visiting an adjacent store. I suggested it to my wife and we... ordered a couple crunch bowls. This is quite likely THE best take out meal we've had during the pandemic. The person who helpedme with my pickup was very friendly and engaging. We will definitely be coming back. Read more
This location is nothing like the quality we have come to expect from the Third Ward location. We ordered two bowls to-go, one... aloha and one crunch. The rice was hard, and cold. The avocado was brown is spots. We have had the poke bowls from the thirdward location and they are 10x better and I think bigger. It was just an unpleasant poke experience all around. When I arrivedat the restaurant nobody was behind the counter, it wasn?t until a couple minutes later a employee came out of the bathroom togive me my to-go order. Completely disappointed. Read more
Smallest bowls I have ever seen. We ordered 3 medium sized bowls to go. We actually called to confirm we didn?t get kids... bowls??ridiculous!!!! Filled with rice and one bowl that we ordered with tuna had seriously 5 of the smallest squares oftuna?.. not worth the price and or another visit?..what a wrip off guys?.good luck keeping a franchise alive like this??. I was excited to try this. It's close to. Home. But it was so small for the price. Tiny bowl fitting in one hand for $12. Paid... 1.50 for avocado and never got it. Overall the taste was weird and kind of bad. I love poke bowls.. but not these. Especiallynot for the price. Read more
Ordered online from here last night. Food was wrong and rice was dry and hard. Why have us order if you just give us whatever... you want? EDIT: Management reached out to me remedy my experience. Their customer service is top notch and the food was muchbetter the second time around. Portions are on the smaller side for the price though. Read more
This is a must stop every time I'm in town. The food is incredibly fresh and the service is quick and polite.
