For 20 years, my (deceased) girlfriend and I used to eat at or take out fish fry's. I moved to AZ 4.5 years ago and came back... for a visit. This was the place I wanted to bring my new love to as well as invite several friends and family members. I realizethat places have not totally recovered after covid, but that's no excuse for the quality and quantity of the food. The 2 piecesof fish equaled what used to be a single size piece. The fish was way over cooked and no flavor. More fries than fish. The slawand bread was still good. The clam chowder was different. Then, the service was terrible. It took forever to get the food, thentook really long to get the checks. Overall, VERY disappointed. It's a shame that what was a wonderful place to eat for so manyyears has slipped into a mediocre dining experience. We won't be back. No one at the table was happy. Read more
We were here on a Tuesday, with an event going on in the other half of the restaurant, so maybe it's not always so bad. There... was no host to seat us, just one waiter to seat and take orders. We got the filet, medium, and they were well done. Husband'sbreaded shrimp weren't any better than frozen shrimp you put in the oven at home. His plate was worse than mine, we wanted tolaugh when it was set down. Felt like the waiter gave us worse service because we were younger, but not sure. Read more
Was VERY DISAPPOINTED with some of the crew! I dealt with Mike and he gave me the OK to hang decorations but a RUDE waitress... decided to argue with me and had the nerve to say "Don't dispute her word!" Ummm, I didn't give you my $1000 for a Birthdaygathering! Would I recommend this place for my WORST ENEMY? NO!! Read more
This was my family and I first time going, after trying to dine at literally 5 other restaurants. The folks here were extremely... wonderful and nice. We felt we were under dressed to sit in the dining area because everyone else there were dressed up, not toomuch but more than us. We told them we felt under dressed but the assured us we weren't, because of how we felt they told us wecan sit in the bar. Long story short, they also made us feel comfortable. Our waitress was great she even blew my mind by namingall salad dressings, the music was awesome, the food was most wonderful. We will be going again. Read more
I've been to Alioto's twice this week. First time I had gluten free chicken and pasta which was very good. I especially enjoyed... the fresh cauliflower and broccoli vs frozen vegetables. Todays gluten free fish fry was excellent. Read more
Fabulous Supperclub atmosphere. Food is amazing. I had Salmon with dill sauce on angelhair. Superb. Hubby had a great New... York steak. Drinks are classic. Staff is most professional. Very comfortable seating. Bathrooms are immaculate and beautiful.They do have several banquet halls during constant use but you can?t hear them. Plenty of parking. Read more
