Ever since the menu change this location has been pretty disappointing. They've tried to upcharge us three separate times for... cheese that a sandwich on the menu was supposed to come with. The staff does not take the time to verify what you are orderingor ask questions about your order and, when you try to politely make a correction, you are met with resentful attitudes. Forthat, I've decided not to come back as there are other sandwich places in Wausau that do not retaliate with such hostility. Read more

I have been to a lot of Subways and I will say my experience has been less than desirable when it comes to the food... However,... I have to say this Subway makes up for all the rest.
