They always get our drinks right and they taste great. The drive through people are fantastic.
Shot was aggressive. The strange thing is the very top of the foam was ok but the drink was too watery hot even after 5 minutes.... Drinkable but very hot at 8 minutes. Read more

I don't review big chains like Starbucks unless something really sticks out. This Starbucks made our day, yes they were quick,... yes it was good, but one of our drinks had a beautiful message, well I guess brewtifull! They wrote have a brewtifull day with abig smile. On a second day of 5+ hours of driving that was a big lift. Thank you Starbucks crew! They're open at 4:30am,they fill the coffee to the brim and they insert a little do-dad so the beautiful black liquid gold... doesn't spill while taking it to its final destination. What's not to love?! 5 stars!!! Way to go Wausau Starbucks???????????????? Read more
I don't typically review Starbucks because, well they are Starbucks and tend to be consistent. Except this one. This is the... first Starbucks I've been in that I thought didn't earn my dollars. There's a freeway sign, but no indication you actually haveto make a half mile turn once off the freeway. Thanks to Google maps I found it. The parking lot is cramped with only compactcar parking. It's obviously popular, full of students in computers. That's great, but the bathrooms were not. Evidently the soapwas out and rather than refill it, an employee left an uncapped bottle sitting on a dirty sink. Service was unfriendly,employees were talking to each other and not customers. It was like the anti-Starbucks experience. If you are traveling through,pass this one by. You'd be better off at a gas station. Read more
