Called the night of to make reservations and to be fair we were told there was a large group ahead of us but told us to come in... by 6:15 - 6:30. After more than an hour wait for food, due to the large group and the amount of time until our meal would beready we desired to baled. I understood the situation the help was in but would have preferred a more honest answer of the largeparty they were serving when I called. The management came to our table to explain about the large group and I thought it wasgracious of them to not charge us for the salad bar and a round of drinks we had but was totally upset to hear the managementcomplaining about as we were leaving. Absolutely poor customer service to be bad month is to other customers in the bar! We willnot return! Read more

My wife took me for my birthday/father's day and it was fantastic! She had the ribeye and I had the steak and lobster special... with an added half rack of ribs, both of our steaks were cooked perfectly, hers medium well, which has to be just right for herand it was and mine rare which was perfect! The ribs had the great smokey taste I was hoping for as well. Only reason for not 5stars is ribs could've been abit more tender and service was mediocre. This place was AMAZING. Such a fun Wisconsin atmosphere and we came on chicken wing night. They gave us buckets to put the bones... in and it was such a fun experience! And not to mention great prices for huge chicken wings! Definitely recommend!! Read more

Order steak medium, and it was well done, got our appetizer at the end of our meal, the hostess was so nice and friendly
