Celebration of my son's birthday, large party was accommodated easily, they even had a method for delivery of drinks and... separate checks. Woman's bathroom was in disrepair, but they quickly took care of the issues. Food was great! Piston rings weredelicious, as was the Red Robbin signature sauce. My guacamole bacon burger was delicious! Branched out to try something new andthis did not disappoint. Side of fries was bottomless! Favorite brew was on hand and everyone enjoyed their night. Over all a good meal, atmosphere could have more lively then serious. I ordered the hamburger medium rare it was more towards... the well done. The fries could have been more crisp. The service was quick not much wait time to wait. The drink was about thesame cost as my burger. But not a bad spend of 29.00 so you get what you pay for. Read more

Stopped back to give them another try. Ordered the Cheesy Bacon Fondue burger because it sounds awesome! Wished I had gone... elsewhere! Well, the burger was ok and the fries were cold. The worst part was the fondue cheese. It was cold, lumpy andvery unappealing. It was clearly not melted. (Thought that to was the point of "Fondue"...). When I asked the server if it wassupposed to be like that I was told, "that was the last of the batch and they're busy." I simply handed it back and said tokeep it. The manager brought a fresh one out about 10 minutes later and said I should try that one. Left without any freshfries as I was not asked and an empty glass. First time at Red Robin. Seasoning for fries was not what we expected. I can see the appeal, but we found them better plain. The... jalapeno burger was unique, sloppy and tasty. Regular cheeseburger was okay. Good size, tasty mozzarella sticks. Price wasconsiderable. Had to add cash to $50 gift card. Thanks to the woman who seemed to be doing the work of two or three. We stopped at Red Robin for my 7 year olds birthday on our way to my sisters. The service was excellent! Our waiter, Dan was... accommodating as our 9 year old was having high emotions due to some sister jealously! He ordered her a large rootbeer float aswell as a child rootbeer float which put a smile On her face and made her feel special! We definitely will be back!! Read more

I have eaten at many different Red Robin restaurants. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Understanding that some... items from time to time can be out of stock it seems to be a recurring problem here. Today they were out of chicken breasts forthe sandwiches, once prior, 45 or so days ago it was the same. The condiments ordered at the same time as our meal showed upwhen we were nearly done eating. I had a bacon cheese burger that I have ordered nearly a hundred times but this one was cookedperfectly but was flavorless. The rest of our meal was good. Staff were efficient and friendly. Read more
