Horrible customer service! It took 20 minutes to get our order, which were 4 slims. The people who ordered after us got their... food before us. Twice now at this location in Wausau I have ordered and it has been incorrect food products. First time was the cookie was... oatmeal when i ordered chocolate chip. This time my sandwich taste like horseradish and i am allergic they say they dont have itin there store i said than how come its on my sandwich. Hard to beat Jimmy John's when you're in a hurry and want something reasonably healthy. This location has a drive thru, as well... as delivery, if you're in the area. Staff was great! They gave a treat to my dog! Read more
