Busy place, but they got me seated and fed quickly. Carolyn, the manager is amazing.
So, my daughter and I came here for breakfast. The waitress Madeline was low key unfriendly from the go. She acted like she... didn't want us there from the beginning. We found a fly in one of our drinks. I understand these things happen so I wasn't toogrossed out. Madeline offered a half-hearted apology, and went to get us new drinks. I asked her if she thought it necessary tochange out the juice altogether or if she thought it safe, as I don't know their setup. She acted annoyed at my question andwent to ask a coworker about it. I'm assuming that if I didn't ask, we'd have gotten another cup of fly soup... She brought thebill, but didn't even offer anything as compensation. I'd have been ok with something as simple as taking off an orange juice. I still left a tip, though I debated. At least one of us has to be cordial. Read more
was having a great time drinking my chocolate milk until i came to the realization this place is only meant for the top class. i... suggest they ?hop? off their high horse and make a change in their pricing. 4 dollars for a chocolate milk is wild and shouldn?tever be the case for any restaurant. i would also like beer on tap here. There was a 20 min wait, other than that food portion was more than enough, workers were friendly. Will come again...
Food was good. I ordered the bacon temptation omelette with pancakes. The food came quickly and was hot and fresh. Service was... good as well. The only negative was they put the pancakes on such a small plate it made a mess putting syrup on them. I forgot what I ordered, frankly because I will probably never order it again. Ava was my server, she was rude & snarky & we've... seen her maybe twice in the hour that we were there(when we ordered & when we paid to leave). Didnt get any water refills whenshe did come to our table so I was thirsty & hungry right before leaving. Avocados were rotten, tomatoes were also.. Sandwichwas not put together nicely. The only edible thing was the hashbrowns. Ihop usually does a better job, but since the place gotbought out it has been going downhill. I'm finding myself eating here less and less :( Read more
I was extremely happy and satisfied with my wait staff that took care of me! Very rare to find people like that, especially a... male. I'm only saying that due to the multiple thousands of places I have been through out our beautiful country and I don'tcome across male wait staff as welcoming and friendly as him! I thought the food was good, only part was I was working onpaperwork waiting for the food and I lost my appetite due to the result of my paperwork. Read more
It took a bit to get seated even though they weren't busy. Once we were seated though, we had a very pleasant server. The tables... and the booths were clean and the exterior of the building were well maintained. I ordered the burger ($7) from the ihoppy hourmenu and my wife ordered the new york cheesecake pancakes ($10.99). I asked for my burger without cheese, onions, and tomatoes,but it arrived with tomato. That being said, the burger was great. Definitely an amazing value. The pancakes... well, they weredelicious. They were beautiful. The strawberries and icing were great.... but there were no cheesecake bites in the pancakes.They were very good tasting buttermilk pancakes, but there was no cheesecake to be found and when I asked about them, the serveracknowledged that there weren't any cheesecake bites in it, but made no offer to correct the situation. I would definitely eathere again, but it would be nice if they actually made the orders correctly. Read more
