I've given this place more than the benefit of the doubt and reluctantly go back time and time again because my daughter wants a... whopper...the gentleman working drivethrew has a good heart but man can he not take an order right! At least there wasmanagement on staff this time who jumped in and made things right after I had to send it back once. Which is more than I can sayin previous visits. Read more

I personally prefer BK to McDonald's every time (just an opinion)...however I genuinely felt bad for the staff at this store... during my visit. It started in the drive through where I waited for over 20 minutes - WITHOUT MOVING AN INCH - to which I saidto myself...ok, I'm gonna go in instead. I thought that being lunchtime maybe they were having technical difficulties with thedrive through for some reason or another, as I have experience with fast food in the past and know these things happensometimes....well, I was wrong. Upon entering, there was a man taking a customer's order at the counter, and two customers whohad already placed orders and were waiting to be served. After completing the order at the counter being taken, the man startedshouting back to the line worker what was needed for one of the other patrons waiting who had completed their order prior to meentering the store. They completed the order and handed it out, to which the other patron waiting said what about my order? (Presumably was before the order that had been handed out). Then the man working asked "what was your order?" The patronexplained that it was a mobile order and the man just called an employee from the back saying "I just don't know anything aboutthese mobile orders. she can explain it to you better.". Then I was asked to place my order. I placed the order for myteenager and myself (which wasn't a complicated order), and stepped aside to wait for my order to be completed. So at thispoint, there's this confusing mobile order, the patron in front of me and me waiting to be served. The man who ordered in frontof me was served in a relatively timely manner and then they decide to work on this mobile order. The order contained 2original chicken sandwiches, as well as my order containing 1 original chicken sandwich...at this time the line workers are justtrying to catch up for what I can only believe to be a mistake of deleting the order from their screens due to it b Read more
Absolutely great! Everything was hot and fresh. Best Burger King I have been to. Drove through on the way home to the Milwaukee... area. I hate going to the one in my own town. The two ladies at the window were great and made me smile. Keep it up! Read more
I refuse to do any doordash orders for this burger king. They are the only place that doesn't start making the order until after... you get there and wait in line. Now the inside is also closed at every burger king so you have to wait in the long drive thruline as well just for a pickup order, then wait for then to make the entire order. If I did deliveries for this place I wouldn'teven make minimum wage. Read more
