Overall great experience. Very busy but we did go on a Saturday at lunch. There was a bit of a wait but worth it! Food was SO... GOOD! I had the chicken caesar wrap. We found this place on Google Maps on our way home from a camping trip and we were pleased with our meal. Pretty standard... breakfast and lunch items. This epic restaurant was the best in Wausau. I had a hot roast beef sandwich and my shoe leather was softer than the beef. On... Friday night I was their fir fish. People that got their after we ordered 10 and 20 minutes after us got their food and eatenbefore my fish came. Ask for more water 4 times but until we were ready to leave we finally got more. Didn't need it then. Thisrestaurant is under new management for over a year now and still have no idea. In my opinion it stunk! I won't be going back. Read more

Home cafe. Good food for the price. Staff friendly. Local eatery. Think Perkins style food, but better. Had the chicken... strawberry pecan salad with Raspberry Vinegarette. Excellent. Steamed Broccoli bowl and coconut cream pie for dessert asbanana cream was sold out. Cream, chocolate and fruit pies. Elvis pie also if you like peanut butter and banana as acombination.
