Hamburger was cold and dry. Really shocked. Usually very good.
I was in need of a birthday cake. Not sure where to find a fresh birthday cake in Waupaca without ordering way in advance. I... stopped at this DQ on August 19th at noonish. The gentlemen working gave me excellent and prompt customer service. They wereattentive, polite and seemed to have a great work ethic, taking pride in their jobs. Rare in this day and age. Garbage cans out back smell sooooo bad it smells worse than manure and it is STRONG!!!! they are stinking up your entire drive... thru from the order board all the way to the window!! I lost my appetite!!!!! Feedback from family that ate the food is asfollows....toast isn't even toasted. Just warm. Gravy is extremely watered down and has no flavor. I really enjoy Dairy Queen, it's one of the few large chains that seems to have maintained it's initial vision and has resisted... the urge to cut costs by lowering quality. Read more
Always been a big fan of Dairy Queen icecream, but many years ago my family ate our fair share of charbroiled burgers. It's been... quite a few years since I've eaten at the Waupaca restaurant and I have to say, we won't be back. An extreamly over priced mealfor cold fries and an over cooked burger. Some fast food restaurants have increased their pricing in order to offer someresemblance of quality food. . . . As we are aware, some of these chains have simply raised their prices. When they opened for lunch, the staff was in a good mood "early" (10:30) in the morning. I got my food at a reasonable time and... everything was as expected. Read more
