I love going to Culver's. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and hot and yummy!
I've been stopping at this location over the past 15+ years. Service is slower. Many of the employees are unsure of what they... should do. Most recent was leaving shakes sitting on the counter after we received our food. Shakes were basically liquid. Iprefer to head through Polver and stop at their Culvers when I'm heading to the northwoods. Read more
Culvers is my favorite fast food place. This is a nice location, the dinning room feels fancier then others.
We stopped for a late lunch (2-ish) with our travel trailer on the way to our campsite. Although there wasn't anywhere to park... with our trailer, we found something at the attached gas station. The staff was super friendly, got us our meal fast and hot,and loaded my bride's pot roast sandwich with a huge amount of meat. The counter staff said "goodbye" on our way out. Just had curds and a shake. Got a cookie dough shake. They didn't want to do it for me as the cookie dough wouldn't go up the... straw. They wanted me to get a concrete mixer. Can't use a spoon while driving. So they made the shake. That is what I callgreat customer service!!! Read more
Culver's deluxe....double....my oh my. Definitely getting my protein. Staff friendly, everything tidy and clean. They treated... me with genuine politeness and were very respectful. When I want a burger this is where I will be! Grab the napkins, you willneed them...wow. Read more
The service was fantastic, it was one minute until closing time, they took our order without any problems. Thier kindness &... consideration was refreshing we had been on the road traveling for so long already, myself & young son, with another 3 1/2 hoursof driving to go. I was so worried they would turn us away or say it was to late to order food, but we received our order withsmiles & perfect customer service. It really was unbelievable. We have never had a problem with Culver?s and this is where my family and I love to go to when we want to eat out because the... food is always fresh and it makes the price worth it. We went through the drive thru and asked for honey mustard and ranch(weordered chicken tenders) but didn?t check the bag until we had already drove away from the restaurant. We pulled back throughbecause the sauces were not included in the bag. When we got to the window, a manager named Jen asked what we needed and westated that the sauces were missing from the order. She closed the window as we were still talking to her and then opened thewindow back up and told us that we needed to make sure we ordered it next time and proceeded to close the window in our faceonce again. We then took the receipt off of the bag and showed it to her to prove that we were missing the sauces. She thenproceeded to tell us that it was in the bag and slammed the window again for a third time. I work in the fast food industry, Iunderstand mistakes happen and not everyone is perfect. We weren?t even upset that it was missing, we just wanted what weordered. This was the rudest customer experience I had ever experienced from any Culver?s restaurant and definitely left a badtaste in our mouths. We will not be returning Read more
