This has been my go to work lunch store for many years. The staff was always great and my online order for my sub would always... be ready when I arrived at the store. Unfortunately, everything has gone way down hill recently. They started to not accept anycoupons, even the ones that corporate spams as national deals. The staff seems to have been completely replaced and the newstaff has failed to have made my online order 5/5 times I have placed it, even when I showed up 15 minutes past the time myorder was for. It sucks, but I'm going to start making a bit longer drive to a different location when I decide to get subwayfor lunch. Read more
Very very disrespectful & unprofessional. The guy working there name Lucas was very rude & have hate in his expression for the... people of color.this made me feel so bad that we all human when I was giving proper respect to him but on the opposite he was soso rude But I can say that I been coming to this location from last 3 years but staff before was so polite & respectful thatmake visit this location from so long but recently they have this new staff I believe if they have this guy working there willreduce there customers & one thing I can say if next time I see this person working there , I will just never go there again????????????????Could have given them -10 stars but have give 1 star because there is no 0 star Read more

I usually order in the app to bank rewards and use promo codes. My order is always ready by the time I leave my house and walk... in the store. I have never had an order made incorrectly or slow. Food is always consistent and meets your expectations. If youorder curbside the app for whatever reason waits to send your order to be made. Best best is to just order pick up and grab yourfood off of a rack right next to the front door. Read more
I order my lunch via the app here often. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick. Recently when I ordered the order glitched... and reverted the sandwich to its original toppings. I didn?t notice and when I realized, they helped me right away and remadethe sandwich with what I wanted on it.
