Its nice when you order a small sub and you could break a tooth because the bread is so hard. Atleast it was a great delivery... driver! We always order here and give the benefit of the doubt, but now the last 2 times have been crummy..... Read more
I placed an order through door dash on 4/8/22, they use their own delivery so I needed to call the store when I never received... my delivery . At first they said they never had my order and suggested I called the wrong store and when they finally did findmy receipt, they stated that the driver was already back and it was delivered but they did not deliver it correctly to myresidence so I did not receive it. They asked if I wanted a new sandwich made but at this point it was over two hours since Imade the order and I asked if I could just receive a refund. I was told I would receive a refund but I have never received myrefund for the order I never received. Would not order here again, very unimpressed with the customer service. Read more
I always do pick up, ordering from the app is super easy and they ALWAYS have it ready when I arrive. The staff is super nice... and they?re always playing awesome tunes. The BEST part is that this location makes the absolute best subs, in my opinion,compared to other Jimmy John?s in the area. Sometimes I try other locations and I?m always disappointed. How about subs so slow you'll freak? If there was a negative star I would leave that. I ordered at 1:06 thinking I would have... a lunch for my FIL soon. 30+ minutes later I called the store and was told my order was "leaving now" almost 50 minutes fordelivery. I live 3 minutes away. After I ordered, it had been a while, so I looked to leave a google review on the slowservice. Imagine my surprise! This is obviously a recurring issue at this location and for months from many people andnothing has changed. I was in service for years and this is not good way to keep customers coming back. There are so manyother options available, we will only support small business from here on out. Our small community of local places will atleast respond directly to customers and do their best to make it right. Read more
I worked at a Jimmy John's for 6 years. Jimmy John's is about efficiency, speed, and customer service. I have ordered from... this Jimmy John's for over 4 years. I have never had a pleasant experience. This store has lacked all things that Jimmy John'sprides themselves in. Today, I ordered 2 sandwiches and 50 minutes after I placed the order, the app still says it is at thestore. I call and there is no customer service. There is no apologies... only excuses. "With the snow, we are slammed". I havebeen a driver during a blizzard. Even then the longest someone waited was 45 minutes. When we are experiencing a slower deliverytime, we call the people and let them know, often giving them a credit to their account or free sides. None of that happened. Itis now over an hour and my delivery has left the store with another delivery ahead of me. Jimmy John's, get it together. I loveJimmy John's and WILL NOT be going to this store ever again. I would rather get a less delicious sub from another company thandeal with these idiots. My food was delivered an hour and fifteen minutes after I ordered it. My sandwich had obviously beensitting in a cooler as the bottom bread was soggy, the ridge soggy and torn, and the top bred cold and rock hard, almost stale.Inexcusable. Get it together. Read more
Usually has fast service whether delivery or pick up. Food is always made correctly. Staff is cool. Music they play is good too.
