I would have given it 5 stars solely for the 3rd shift cook, he was absolutely amazing, took my order over the phone, gave me... directions when my gps lead me in the wrong direction and checked me out while cooking orders. The only reason I gave it 4stars was the waitress with faded blonde and (pink?) hair was at the door when I walked in, no greeting, no interactions at allwhile the cook who was already busy had to check me AND another customer out. She had extremely poor service. Read more

We had a terrible customer service experience at this location with the server Lynn. As soon as we walked in, rather than being... greeted we were informed with perceived hostility that the restaurant would be closing in 30 mins. We agreed to eat quickly.However, the 3 groups that walked in behind us were not informed of the time limit, which was odd. When asked if we were readyto order, we confirmed but for some reason our server walked away and took 2 other tables' orders instead. Lynn did not returnto our table to take our order after that. The unfortunate part of this instance is that our group was the only group in therestaurant that included people of color, so we can't help but believe that's the reason we were treated so poorly. Afterwaiting to order for several minutes and being treated with a poor attitude, we decided to leave. We were truly looking forwardto a great breakfast at this location. Read more
