Worst experience I've had at a Dunkin unfortunately. Went inside to order, waiting a little while due to only one staff member... and drive thru needed help, which understandable. Though after we ordered we waited at least 25min for 2 drinks with no othercustomers inside or drive thru. The employee working was on a personal phone call for a while, when my boyfriend went up to seewhen our drinks would be finished. Before he asked, he was asked if he needed anything. To which he then asked about our drinks.Employee was confused then said how she forgot about them. Had to re-tell our order. She was still on a personal phone call andone drive through customers came thru during this time. So we then had to wait longer for our drinks to be made. My drink tastedoff and made me feel nauseous after drinking a few sips, so I did not continue drinking it. I'm not sure if the product was bador my drink was made with regular milk instead of almond like told 2x and was extra charged for. Dining area was also dirty. Forthe price that was paid for a specialty drink and time wasted, I could have got a better quality drink in a fraction of time ata packed cafe. Read more

Unfortunately my worst experience with dunkin. My friend and I ordered 2 drinks and 1 food item. His drink was fine but my drink... had the wrong type of milk, and my food item had bacon when I asked for the vegetarian option. I have diet restrictions, theycould barely understand me and I couldn't understand them due to a language barrier. I asked for my drink to be remade and theyused the same cup again when I have diet restrictions, and they ignored me when I wanted the food remade. I hope you guysconsider this review so that you don't have issues when people have allergies and food restrictions. I tried calling 5 times toget ahold of a manager and no one answered. This trip to Dunkin had me leaving sick, especially for the price. Read more
Service was good. Person at counter was very friendly and helpful. Just realized they have donuts dropped off in the morning and... the variety and quality decreases throughout the day. I wish they were able to make them within their own facility. ( At leastat the place I visited ) I will adjust and come earlier in the day. Read more

Coffee tasted horrible, was very bitter tasting and I ordered the jack-o-lantern and was given some sort of sugar donut. Even if... they were out of the donuts the least they could do is have told me that, but no they just threw a random donut in instead.
