The girl checking us out was very helpful. Didn't know they had family size fries for $5. Same price as buying 2 small fries... with way more FF. We didn't get Baskets as we drink water. Had the new Wisconsin Burger. The bun didn't look like the pictureand couldn't tell it was a cheese bun but all in all still good! Read more
My roommate & I have been coming to this Culver's for many years. We always ask first if we can place separate orders in the... drive through & if they say no one of us will choose something else. Today however they said yes after originally notunderstanding the question. Then when we got to the window to pay I handed them the 1st card for the 1st order they chose w/oasking to run it for both. When I attempted to hand the 2nd card the girl was like what's this for? I said my order. I had torepeat my order 5 times because they couldn't remember which one to refund to my roommate & which one to charge to me. They werenot busy enough for this level of are you serious. I finally told them not to charge my order & to just give me her food. Theyagain w/o my permission charge my order anyway & handed me my card & both sacks of food. They lost my business for 6 months whenthey didn't have large cups for two weeks in a row, wonder how long it will be this time! Read more
Got a blue berry shake.There were blue berries but not ground up even a little bit I had to eat my shake with a spoon because a... straw didn't work, it was my first time ordering a fruit shake from there. I have had fruit shakes and using a straw wasn't anissue. I used the app to order ahead and there were no issues with that. Read more
Update again: today I came through and they put again, ketchup on the bottom of my sandwich?? And the cheese is not even... melted. Today I went through the drive through and for some odd reason they put the ketchup on the bottom of my sandwich, therewas random iceburg lettuce stuck to the bottom of my mushroom & Swiss burger...? & they forgot to give me napkins. Mistakeshappen but I don?t know who puts ketchup on the bottom of the sandwich and was the line not cleaned resulting in ice burglettuce from someone else?s order was stuck onto mine...? Our custard order was completely forgotten. We stood up there probably 15 min till the same girl that took our order asked to... take our order again. The flavor of the day ended up just being vanilla with strawberries on top when it was supposed to haveother stuff in it. Very disappointing Read more
