I almost never write reviews, but today the assistant manager went above and beyond. He was rushing around helping the kitchen... staff, helping take orders, and was the first person to rush over when a table that some kids were sitting at broke "nobody wasinjured". He checked on everyone, offered free ice cream, and was genuine in his concern for their wellbeing and apologetic,made the situation right and ran back over to help the kitchen staff. Writing this as I sit and wait for our lunch because I?m so impressed. Waiting in line with my husband and two young children... and it took longer than normal waiting in line to order. We get to counter and the customer service from the manager and staffwas incredible. We were not upset about waiting but they felt it bad about the wait and made it right. Butter Burger made me ill. The one time I tried the chicken salad it was UN edible because it was so salty.. I have tried... several times their custard flavor of the day.. You pay $5 for a pint of basically Vanilla Ice cream. There is barely any otheringredients. Sorry but NO.. I have given them several chances over the last 15 years. Junk food. Consistency! Is what you get at Culver?s, you may pay a little more but why not for the same results every time. Staff always... has a warmth greeting for you, person?s bringing your food to cars can be a little robotic, but over all you have a greatexperience from beginning to end. Food is always consistent! The food I ordered tonight was the worst food I have ever gotten from any Culver's location in my entire life. In fact, the food... and custard at this location has gotten increasingly worse over the past few months and I'm not sure why...I've lived in thearea for a few years and it only recently has plummeted. Tonight I ordered a pub burger basket and a dish of the flavor of theday and a turtle sundae. I did try this burger once before and it was delicious. I waited for 15 minutes in the parking lot formy food to be brought out. I live less than 5 minutes away and drove right home. My burger was cold...like it had been sittingout for a number of hours. I could tell the cheese on it had been melted at one point but had since cooled and hardened. I didorder a single patty but it was so thin that it looked like one of the single patties was cut in half and cooked but then wasscraped off the grill...it had like a crust on it as if the meat was smeared real thin on the grill. My fries were also cold andhad so much salt on them that I couldn't stand it. From working in the foodservice industry I know that just means the fries hadbeen made quite a while before and then salt just kept being added. I would like to know why I had to wait 15 minutes if my foodwas already done and cold? I would always expect fresh food to be made but especially if I had to wait for it. Another thingthat I've noticed the staff who brings the food out doing is holding dishes of ice cream and other things tipped forward as thecarry them. They don't hold them upright. When they deliver the custard the dish looks so messy and gross because it's meltedand gotten all on the lid and just looks like they don't care. This has happened to me a number of times over the past twomonths. I'm very disappointed because I've always enjoyed Culver's but I will not be going back for awhile. Read more
I have yet to find a Culver's that isn't exceeding the benchmark for consistency and quality. This one is no exception. Well... Done staff what you do matters! Read more
