If I could give 0 stars I would for this location based on my experience this afternoon. The staff mentioned their shortage,... which is very stressful in the food industry right now, I understandably get it as im apart of this industry also. Howeverquality of the product shouldnt have to be compromised as a result. Either the management at this location is absent or does notoffer the adequate training needed to provide a quality sandwich. Very disappointed as Cousins is known in Wisconsin for itsfamous subs. Always a great place for subs. We use the drive thru a lot and order on line for pick up. The staff works hard and do a great... job. Always enjoy ordering our subs from there! Read more
Horrible experience. We came through the drive thru, ordered our sandwiches. Mine was to be no mayo as I have a food allergy.... When we got to the window and was handed our food, again I said the club has no mayo, right? I was assured it was correct. Drovehome, opened sandwich, boom mayo on sandwich. Got back in the car with my husband, drove back, lobby was closed so we drove upto the window. Spent a few minutes knocking on window. A snotty blonde came to the window. My husband handed her the sandwichand said it has mayo. There was supposed to be no mayo as my wife has a food allergy. She immediately told us that she made thesandwich and that there was nothing wrong with and it didn?t have mayo on it. Never looked at it. She then slammed the windowand a man came back with another sandwich and we asked for her name and he couldn?t disclose that information. Asked for amanager. He said he was one, but couldn?t disclose his name either and he didn?t seem to care about the situation. And thesandwich was still wrong. We used to eat Cousins once every week or so. Never again. Worst customer service. I would hope thisis not how Cousins does business, but in today?s world they probably have to pick from the bottom of the barrel to even getworkers. Read more
I gave this sub shop a 2 star rating as the staff was so friendly, warm and happy yet the sub on my first try will be my last!... Bread reminded me of nice firm baquette roll..dry/hard and thin.. no soft gooey bread love JS! The Italian sandwich the most Icould say was the provolone cheese was the best part. Limited lettuce over all weak sadly as you see the locations all around! Iwill not return.. Read more
Went in here twice. Ordered the same thing: Chicken Cheddar Deluxe, no onions, to go. Both times the place was empty of... customers, both times they've given me onions on the sub. This isn't rocket science. If it were busy, maybe I could see amistake like this happening, but both times I was literally the only person at the counter. Both times I was attended byyounger employees who seemed less than attentive. This time there were less onions, but this looks more like they started givingme onions, remembered, and rather than clean them off, continued with making the sub. Not going there anymore, plenty of otherestablishments on that road that are cheaper anyways. Read more
