I've been meaning to come here since it opened and am embarrassed to say this was my first time. Really pleasant and interesting... interior, and I was greeted warmly by the owner as I entered. The menu is nicely valued without being overwhelming. The mask wasvery good and I plan on coming back with my family. Only slight negatives were the protein portion was a little less than Iwould have liked, and the rice was so hot out started melting the to-go container and left an unpleasant styrofoam flavor. It's always a pleasure tasting Chef Francisco's food and experiencing his incredible hospitality! The arepas are always packed... full of fillings, and the yucas fritas are the perfect appetizer for the table. It's also important to note that the restaurantis GORGEOUS inside. Great food! Excellent options for a celiac like myself. Sorry about the photo; I was pretty hungry and remembered only after I... started eating to take a pic! So very good!! One minor warning: the refills on the juice are not free, and I was charged for abottled water when I asked for water. Thus, I ended up spending about $10 on two glasses of juice and a water. That wasn't apleasant surprise. However, I will definitely go back! The food and fast service were amazing! Read more
