Only giving it a two star because fried rice was really bland and the portions were disappointing. For $12 I think this would be... closer to a small carton side. We came here for Mother's Day, in the evening. The food was OK. We seem to be waiting a long time for simple dishes. They... focused more on their carryout orders. The portion size for the ramen noodles ???? was laughable. The money we spent for thesmall portion was ridiculous. Then at the end of the night their credit card machine all of a sudden didn't work. I felt likethey were trying to hold my daughter hostage until I came back in. I ended up paying in cash. My issue besides the slow servicewas, what would they have done if she didn't have the cash that I provided? 150.00 for ramen and sushi for 5 people ... I justfeel like it wasn't worth it. I am a sushi fanatic. And I can honestly say this place has the best sushi I have ever tasted in my life. The chefs are... amazing. Every bite was delicious! You can tell how much love and effort they put into every dish. Their presentation isphenomenal. I love that Waukegan has this little hidden treasure. I honestly will recommend it to anyone. I hope this reviewbrings this place even more business since they honestly deserve it. They have such lovely personality, definitely pros at greatcustomer service. I know they had a recent reopening due to covid. So, glad they are back!!! I hope people are able to spreadthe word more about this amazing place. And the best part is that their prices are very reasonable. I've been to more expensivesushi places that didn't taste half as good.
