Great subs!! Very consistent in them time after time! For pickup, if you order anything on the side like mayo packets, double... check. They?re consistently bad at seeing or checking this. But, we keep coming back cause the subs are perfect! Read more

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service that was given to me from the MANAGER of this store! I ordered my food through... DoorDash with specific directions on how to deliver my food to my door to avoid any confusions! The delivery driver which sohappen to be the manager of Jimmy John's did not follow directions. Instead he left my food outside of my apartment complex andsomeone must've taken it because I spent 10 minutes searching for my food! I called the store to advise them that I do not havefood and it's been 2 hours since I placed my order. The manager answered the phone and was immediately over talking me as I wasexplaining my experience with this order. He then explained that door dash was the merchant who delivered my food and that ithad arrived at 4:24pm. I called DoorDash and they stated that Jimmy John's delivered my food. I then called Jimmy John's and putthem on 3 way with DoorDash so they can reconcile this issue. The manger answer the phone again and after realizing I wascalling again he started to argue with me, stating that he delivered the food, it arrive at 4:45pm and he followed directionsand to go downstairs again to check for my food. I've explained to him plenty times in many different ways that I do NOT have myfood, it was not left in front of my apartment door like I requested, nor did I receive ANY notifications that food was goingto be delayed or when it "arrived"! After spending almost 20 minutes on the phone with both parties ADVOCATING FOR MYSELF themanger hung up the phone on me when I asked for his manager contact information. The manager did not try a solution this issueat all! I didn't receive a refund nor was my food delivered again. I am disgusted with this experience. Read more

horrible customer service. the driver comes to my place of business does not say anything. stands there for maybe 1 minute gets... an attitude storms out talking loud . gets on the phone talking really loud while I have customers in my showroom. if the drivewould of waiting till we got done helping customers. we could of helped her. she could of even announced herself and said shehad delivery.instead of just standing there with an attitude like the is to good to wait till someone got free. we order lotfrom you guys per week . we will have reconsider that maybe we may have to go somewhere else with our business.
