Incredibly slow. Literally unreal how slow they work. You WILL be late to your job if you stop by this dunkin
I am disappointed by what happened today. My grandfather went in and received horrible customer service and then continued to... give him our drinks that weren?t correct. We ordered the brown sugar cold brew one with cream and sugar and one without, Ishould have gone with him because when he came home and asked me to look at the drinks due to them looking off, they were noteven the right drinks and had little to no ice. Unfortunately, this store needs to be shut down. I live a couple of minutes from this Dunkin? Donuts, so it?s pretty convenient... for me to go here. However, every time I come here they don?t have none of the items that I pay for. It?s upsetting and its awaste of time. One time, they told us that the health inspector shut them down only for them to be opened up the next day. Why?Plus, I have to call a number in order to get a refund back? I go here almost every morning due to convenience of location. It is hit or miss the quality of the food and whether their... kitchen will even be working. For a few months they would be out of bacon every monday and tuesday morning. That ordering issueseems to have been corrected though.
