Went through the drive-thru everything was great
I'm not sure if just the drive thru is open at 5 a.m. but I cant get a coffee if I try to go in at 515 a.m.
I love this Dunkin !!! It is the only one I visit from all the other locations in Waukegan . The service is great especially... from Kennedy she is so friendly and makes my coffee just the way I like it . She always has a positive attitude and makes sureyou are well taken care off . I like this Dunkin. It is tinny tiny and small and cute. I love the workers. They are always so friendly. Products are good.... Services are good. The only down side is that the location is horrible. I already don't like Waukegan...but the turn corner it'son is not safe...that's is all =) Read more
Although they try and do their best it seems they fall short in quite a few categories in my personal opinion. I pulled up and... they had a paper sign stating there was no espresso beverages so I settled for a cold brew (which I ordered black with caramelflavor and whip cream). I got a coffee with cream and whip cream so I sent it back and again asked for black coffee with just aflavor and whip cream she took the cup back stalled for a minute or two turns around and hands me the same thing with a splashof black coffee at the top. Come here almost everyday but it's best to come in the morning(6am-8am) or after 6/7 pm because the people who make the coffee... during those times are the ones that be on their A1 coffe making game???? Read more
Dunkin' really needs to get consistent with their coffee. At times they have great tasting coffee and other times it has that... sour acidic taste as if it's sat around too long. Not a fan of the inconsistency. Read more
