We had just come into store as they were about to close inside service but drive-up was still open. So we had to leave store and... walk around to drive-up for service, then they were out of brownies which is why we had come in the first place. They said noone had bothered to reorder. Read more
Never has my favorite flavor Jamoca... Every single time I go they always say its un available. This goes for all the stores in... my area. To make my rating 5 stars, stock up on Jamoca. Also, most of the flavors dont have their proper name tag or doesn'thave one at all... A lot of other flavors are constantly out of stock too. I came with my family to enjoy a brownie sundae and they did not have any more brownies. So then we asked for whipped cream to... place on a banana split and they did not have whipped cream. Please don?t go here. They will not have cream for your coffee. Ifyou like it black they will not have cups to put it in. Horrible experience. Read more
They are always out of stuff. Even before my son started working there the place was a awful and he quit! The staff is ignorant... and rude and the supervisor there is terrible makes kids pay money back out of their check for someone else's screwup ! Too muchfavoritism. Ice cream was always melted due to incompetence. I will never go there again. Read more
Tables were all dirty and flies everywhere. A staff member had a fly on her shoulder for the whole 7 minutes it took them to ask... about our order. Just to say they were out, that the items were actually mislabeled. We just walked out and went somewhere else. Read more
This Baskin Robin's is very unorganized! It's now 24 flavors? And you don't know what to order because there are labels missing... on 1/2 of the ice cream flavors.
