Digital ordering kiosks have replaced a worker getting you when you walk in. Blue this isn't so bad, except the kiosks advertise... the nacho fries, but you can't actually order them on the kiosks. Checked every menu category multiple times. Eventually, adrive thru worker came to the front counter. I asked how we order them. She looked confused, then looked up at the menu board,almost surprised. Then said "I'm not sure". So... I ended up having to make two orders, one on the kiosk for all the food Ialready had in the cart, and a separate one just for the nacho fries with the drive thru worker. Read more
Got yelled at for an order being to big in the drive through. It was just three of us trying to get lunch and the place wasn?t... even that busy. Definitely not the place to go and needs new employees Read more
Taco Bell in general is something my family enjoys eating, but this specific location is a constant disappointment. Tonight my... wife was told at the drive through that they were out of product for the next thirty minutes (at 8:15 pm) I?m not even sure howthat?s possible. In the past we have had excessive wait times for drive through, been told they were closed due to lack ofstaff, and was ignored at the drive through for breakfast order. I would not recommend this location, if it?s not too far todrive, the location in West Des Moines actually has their act together. Read more
There seems to be a new manage constantly here. We have had nothing but issues in all areas with this taco bell. Sadly it's the... closest one and my daughter sure loves them soft tacos. I would NOT recommend this taco bell to anyone. Read more
This is me first experience with this Taco Bell location. I would definitely recommend. Although I have a gripe with some of... the prices of Taco Bell food recently... I ordered a box that was $5 and picked by me on the app. It was a great deal. I paidfor it in the app and proceeded to the restaurant. It gave me the option for it to be picked up inside... But the lobby wasclosed (it was after 10pm). That is my only complaint about this particular experience. Two cars ahead of me in line. One evenhad two orders. It only took 4-5 minutes total. I told them my name a couple times, got my food, and left the drive-thru. Nice,friendly people. Food was hot and well made. 5 layer burrito and beef chalupa. Although my backside isn't a fan, I do enjoy theflavor of the food. It was built correctly (though I don't special order anything here) and everything was in my bag, includingnapkins and a straw. I would recommend this location any day. I'm not sure I recommend paying $10+ for a meal at Taco Bell ingeneral, but there are cheaper menu items that are definitely worth it. Read more
Not impressed AT ALL. We counted 7 employees in there tonight, lobby was empty and 2 cars in the drive thru but nobody can be... bothered to take an order anymore....the average price per meal is approximately $13.50, it would be cheaper to go to Chili's oreven Applebee's. Smokey D's is even cheaper. Then let's get to the 10 minutes it took to even get our food. Once we got it, 2out of 3 of the quesadillas had one of four sections empty. And fast food workers wonder why the American people don't want themto make $15/hr. The new Mexican pizza is NOT worth it. That has nothing to do with this particular location, its just the newshell tastes heavily of flour and over powers the rest of the ingredients. I agree with other online reviews that the newMexican pizza is bland and not as good. I've been waiting since June 2020 to have the Mexican pizza again and was greatlydisappointed. 0/10 will go back to taco bell. Read more
Quality has dropped, inconsistent prices between online and store, and reduced menu. What less could you ask from taco bell.... Beef intentionally added to my burritos that were supposed to be chicken. Imagine a Hindu customer having beef added. Taco Johnswould be a better and smarter choice, Los Tres Amigos would be better, both are located a block east. Added recent purchase ofnacho fries, you can see the pictures show two different boxes both are about a third of what the picture shows. I added arecent picture from the web to. Compare. Went there today. Both women are the speaker were extremely rude and very short with me as I ordered. Got to the window she... never repeated my order and just put her hand out waiting for my card. No thank you or your welcome. Very upset with this visit, I I usually have a great experience. Read more
