I have never had any problems at this Burger King location. While Culvers, Mcdonalds, and Bebops all really close to this bk... have long car lines during lunch hour, this location usually has none up to 2 cars tops when I stop here, making it the easiestplace to get in and out of. It still really confuses me why burgerking overall has come down in popularity as it has, becausepersonally their burgers are miles ahead of mcdonalds, and are at par with bebops and culvers. I always receive what I ordered,the food always taste fresh, and I get in and out. That is all I really want from fast food and they hit the mark! Read more
I have certainly never had a negative experience at this Burger King. The staff is always super friendly at the drive through.... They?re always sure to provide fresh fries, and I am in no way unwilling to wait a few extra minutes. They just do a great job. Read more

Ordered 3 impossible whoppers at 7pm 7/11/22, one was a medium meal, and an extra fry. The fry for the meal was missing but I... received the extra fry so I came inside and let the cashier know I was missing just one fry and she immediately started having arude tone followed by her cursing at me accusing me of trying to steal more fries and get free food, the drive-thru cashierproceeded to instigate the dispute. I was very patient and polite to her but she insisted I leave the store and as she walkedaway she said ?bye bitch?. I was completely not expecting this reaction over a cashier error let alone her to immediately assumeI was stealing from this location over a medium fry. The manager at this time Ethan handled the situation very well and wasunderstanding however these two girls were immature and shouldn?t be in the food industry with that behavior. $35 order thru drive thru, got home to find one of the sandwiches and a side missing and another sandwich made wrong. Called to... get the missing sandwich and side refunded and the only options they would offer were to come back to get the missing items orgive them my address so they could send me coupons.
