I ordered online but the website is so confusing it wouldn't let me order extra crispy or change the tip amount for the... delivery. Kids meal options leg, popcorn chicken or tenders. No substitutions. I like smaller portions and was not happy with kids... options. They force you to spend more, not ok Plus- you receive dismissive looks when asking for more than 2 honey. Pleasecharge for honey if needed so I can ask for more if needed. Ordered some today thru drive thru. It's been a while since I had KFC. It was edible, but clearly the food tasted as if it has... been sitting around all day, and reheated. The food quality has gone down hill. Will not be back. 2 stars for fast drive thruservice and customer service. Read more
We ordered tonight and the food was absolutely terrible. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting around all day. We... received a Sierra Mist with it and it was completely flat. About an hour later I started feeling sick and have been laying inbed since. For the price of their food I am absolutely disappointed and will not be ordering again. Read more
Ordered a 16 piece meal and it took 25 minutes to get made, yet other customers got there meals before me and ordered after... including a 10 piece meal. That was after it took Molly 7 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there standing waiting toorder my food! From the time I walked in till walking out with my food it was over 30 minutes for Carey out. She made sure totell me that there are more people in the drive thru, really I know I watch them all come and go with there food also!! Read more
