I'm seeing this more and more, and it's shameful... Prices going up and quality being reduced. You can't raise prices AND reduce... quality at the same time! There were 2 whole slices of turkey on my $10 sub. Edit: this was from the Drive Thru, not even anonline order. Read more

I drove thru to get dinner, asked to add guacamole to my sandwich, just to realized when I got home that they did not put the... guacamole as requested, although I paid extra for it. I called to tell them about the mistake asking if I could get my side ofguacamole next time I order (I used to order there very frequently, but will never do again!)?. The gentleman said he ?wassorry? and he could not get me the side that I PAID FOR next order? the only thing he could do was to make me a new sandwich butI?d have to drive all the way back with my half eaten sandwich to prove them there was no guacamole in it. It was insulting andunacceptable. The gas price to drive back buys 3 orders of guacamole? not to mention the inconvenience it would cause to driveall the way back at middle of dinner because they did not bother to do my sandwich correctly or fix the mistake on a reasonableway. There won?t have next time at the Wauconda location, that?s for sure!!! Read more

I ordered slim. Its $6.28 and there is more bread than meet and no produce. I know priced are rising but totally not worth it.... Go to Little Ceasars next door. Read more

This particular location seems to be hit or miss on quality based on who?s working. I would say they have improved drastically... within the last 3 months I?ve been frequenting (my office is right down the street). Otherwise service is meh. Upon opening our sandwiches at home, we noticed that they were lacking in the extras that we had requested. For example: four... pieces of peppers were on one sandwich. We called the store to inform them and were told to come back to the store. I statedthat I had already been there once and wasn't going to come back and asked for our sides to be delivered. Management offered todeliver the sides, however stated that the driver was on delivery. Understandably so, why would I wait an unknown amount of timeto receive sides when likely the sandwiches would be eaten? As I continued speaking to the manager at the store, I noted thatthe amount of pickles, tomatoes, and cucumbers were scant as well. Upon this realization I asked that new sandwiches be made andour $30 order be done correctly. The manager proceeded by saying that I would need to send an email with my complaint. I repliedwith saying "Absolutely not. This order was prepared incorrectly and it needs to be rectified immediately." Management thenproceeded to call the store owner. Meanwhile, my husband went ahead and ate his sandwich as he was hungry. After about fiveminutes of being on hold, Janine called. I began explaining the situation to her and was quickly told that I was belligerent tothe manager in the store. Not only was I talked over, I was also threatened to be blacklisted from the store "because I wasn'thappy and this wasn't going anywhere." We paid $30 for two giant sandwiches and expected to receive what we ordered. Janinestated that everything was on camera and after asking how many peppers were put onto the sandwiches, refused to answer thequestion. Paper thin cucumbers, tomatoes, and four pieces of pepper is absolutely sad and pathetic. It is also beyondunprofessional for the owner of a well-known franchise to speak to a customer in the way that I was spoken to. I ordered a few hours in advance so i could pick up on the way to work. I get to work and my sandwich has missing ingredients i... paid extra for and they put ingredients that i specifically did not want. I work a 12 hr shift and cannot leave the building. By the time i opened my food it was too late to get anything else. I nearly vomited trying to eat it but i couldn't. That's whyi specifically excluded some ingredients. I contacted the customer service and they basically said sorry we will tell the store. That's it. No attempt from the store to reach out to me, no attempt to make it right. So i basically paid a lot of money forsomething i didn't want and didn't eat and completely ruined my day. Not sure how to reply here, but @Jimmy John's clearly youdidn't read my whole review as i have already contacted customer support and already been through the communication that iswithin that link. Absolutely nothing came out of that so honestly, what is the point? Read more

If I could give zero Stars I would. Ordered for delivery. When I called they have my phone number & address captured. I waited... an hour before calling to see where my order was as I have had long delivery times from them before. When I asked where my orderwas the lady remarked that the order was delivered. I said it had not been delivered & I wanted to cancel my order & requested arefund. She stated she would refund my card. 2 days later I see the $16 charge. I called & spoke with the manager & explainedthe situation. He apologized & offered I either speak with the owner for a refund or come back for the meal. I chose the meal. Iwent in to get my sandwich & the shift manager called the owner & she tells me that the order was delivered as they are able totrack the drivers to the location. I again stated I never received my order. She then tells me the driver was instructed toleave it on the porch.....WHAT???? If I somehow missed the driver WHY NOT CALL ME ON THE PHONE TO SAY THE DRIVER WAS THERE???THEY HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER CAPTURED IN THEIR DATABASE!! I have never heard of a more asinine excuse. She further went on to saythat she would give me a sandwich but because of this they would no longer deliver to me. I told her to keep her bleepingsandwich and my $16 as she obviously needs it more than I do. Will never be back. Read more

Much better service lately! Orders are delivered as promised, accurately, and food is always as expected....not under prepared,... or not following directions . They try hard to please their customers. I had previously given them a bad review a while back,but I rescind that one as they seem to have stepped up their game! Read more
