If I could give less stars I would. They hired new people because the service was a joke and it's even worse now. They hardly... answer the phone and when I went in to order the guy taking my order had ear buds in and was having a conversation instead oflistening to their customer. Then when I got my sub it was wrong (imagine that) so I called up there and by some miracle theyactually answered but they were rude . Anyways I took the sub back up there and they gave me the correctly made one and put thesub that I just brought back on the shelf because it was someone else's order. Close time is at 10. I called on a Thursday before 9:30. I was hung up on by the young lady with a (Rebecca) tattoo on her... forearm more than 5 times. I decided I?d drive there to place my order. She had headphones in, saw me pull up, and hid in theback. She finally chose to talk to me but refused to take my order because she? had already turned off the machines? And statedthat her manager already knew that the machines would be turned off by then. No one should ever pay an employee for hanging upon customers willing to pay for food nor should she lie and make her managers look bad by saying they agree to shutting off theovens before close time. The oven was still running right in front of my face. Whoever owns this place needs to hire people whoappreciate a good opportunity and should hire people who won?t steal money from their bosses . These girls had already moppedthe floors, put up all ingredients, and even hung up on people in front of me. I?m surprised the door wasn?t locked. I want toadd that she was not alone. Whoever was working with her on Thursday April 1st 2021 at 9:30pm heard everything and clearlyagreed with her actions since that person did not speak up. Also, this young lady refused to give me her name after I told her Iwould be contacting her manger. Good thing tattoos are permanent. They just hung up on me not once but about 4 times when I was just wanting to exchange the pizza they gave me because the order... was wrong I left a complaint on their website and they never returned my call. The young woman who took my call and later hungup on me was very rude and thoroughly lacking in customer service skills. Its a shame they have her at the register. Its worththe drive to the next town to get my pizz and get treated better. Read more
