I just dealt with a rude lady taking orders for the drive thru. I didn't mind waiting a few moments, it was busy, but the moment... Went to get a comfort meal while sick, drove 25 minutes to wait in line for an hour with obly about 5 cars before me. The person... taking my order wasnt attentive and when i asked to sub chicken on a burger i was told they couldnt do that even though iveordered this from multiple wendys including this one with no issue before. So this hits two notes. So the drive thru sucks. You basically have to shout at the top of your lungs to order and they don't... still ask you again. But don't order anything with more than one patty. It'll end up being under cooked. Fast yes but I'd likeit done. Just go somewhere else... Read more
