Let me start off by saying, I?m all about good service above all. It?s really hard to find a place where employees don?t give... you attitude for asking questions! This place exceeded my expectations- great, friendly customer service! I only have orderedthrough doordash from this place with my co-workers- they?re packaging is secure and neat. I have never had a problem except forthis weekend. My friends and I placed a large order and some items were leaking, bags weren?t sealed and we thought it was weirdsince it?s not likely of this place! Our order took longer than usual (never have waited too long) we got a call from our dashersaying they were waiting for our order. We called, and the person on the phone had no idea what was going on and didn?t solve myproblem at all. She didn?t speak English too well, so we just called it a day. We decided to give it another try- we placed anorder through phone today and from the phone call to picking up the service was great! I mentioned the problem to the cashiertoday, and she was very apologetic about the situation, she took the time to search up my order and offered to fix it! We willkeep ordering from both platforms since our problem was offered to be fixed. I recommend everything from this place- but ifyou?re in the mood for an authentic birria quesatacos I would recommend else where! Other than that this is the place to goto! I had to edit my review because I have not had the best experience recently. Cashiers are rude and make you feel guilty fornot knowing how their menu works and you feel uncomfortable asking questions. Girl at the register was having a conversationwith the cooks and was not paying at attention to me, and seemed like she just wanted me out of there, cutting me off and saying?anything else? when I tried asking a question. Well I just tried to go there for some BIRRIA that I was really looking forward to since I have not tried this taco truck yet... after reading the reviews and witnessing the photos all looked very good. So this was 6:30 p.m. on a Tuesday now I'mdisappointed so unless you're driving a compact vehicle or smaller forget about parking because there's absolutely no where topark how frustrating! Read more
