This is a great Starbucks. Never had a bad order here. They've even been given awards for their great service. With its location... off Main Street it's really a local hub, though it can take a little longer to get your order than in BC times (beforeCOVID) Survival tips: 1. This location can get very crowded. Mobile Order is your friend if you have it. Staffing after thepandemic is on the lower side, so please be patient. These are good baristas who are doing the best they can. 2. The baristas were great, but Starbucks is union busting trash.
I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe with 2 shots of blonde espresso and no whip on bottom. Angelina, Angela, Angelica?... (Went back next day, confirmed it was Angelina) I don't remember her name but it was something along those lines made my drinkand honestly THIS is how I want it made every time. It was delicious, and I've had the exact same order at many differentStarbucks but this one was hands down the best. I don't really know how since you'd think they follow a recipe or something, butsomehow she made this one really good. I hope she get an acknowledgement or SOMETHING because this was seriously good. I came in and the old lady Leticia at the register is so rude. And the lady making the drinks julie over filled the drinks and... took the rest out with her fingers. I told the register lady and she rolled her eyes at me and looked very mad. They dirent evenapologized or anything. Read more

I did not receive good customer service today. I went in to work on an assignment, not realizing they were closing in 20... minutes. So I thought I would work on something for 15 minutes. After I ordered coffee, one of the baristas told me they wereclosing. A few minutes later, another barista told me they were closing in 9 minutes. And before the closing time, one of thebaristas came over again and said they were closing ?right now.?
