I have been a loyal customer to Mountain Mike?s pizza located in Watsonville. Of all the times I have ordered online, today was... the worst delivery and customer service I received, only from the owner Diane, but not the workers there. When I placed my orderit said approximately 50 min. My pizza was not delivered until 1hr 30 min after. The first time I called was just to mention themain entrance of the aparto was closed to call me when they were here. Second call, was 20 min after to see where my pizza wasat, and if I could get a discount for waiting for too long. Diane told me that delivery man was close by and that she were verybusy. 3rd call was to cancel my delivery, one of the workers, very polite informed to give the delivery man too 5 min if not tocall and cancel the order. 4th call was to cancel cause more than 5 min had passed and I was not going to wait. I spoke to Theowner and very rude she told me to let the delivery man know that I was canceling, and she hanged up the phone on me. 5th andfinal call was to Complain why Diane the owner hanged up the phone without confirming if I was going to get a full refund. Thisis the worst experience I have gotten at Mountain Mikes located in Watsonville. And believe me, when I get a bad experience andmiss treated in a place I do not go back. So I do not recommend Mountain Mikes. Maybe other location but not Watsonville. Everytime I ordered was more than $60. I will be spending that somewhere else. I ordered Mountain Mikes for delivery & the pizza was ok, but they forgot the paper plates and the ranch I asked for, so when I... called to complain, they said they did not charge me for the ranch and the driver forgot the plates. Today, I ate lunch at Mountain Mike's Pizza in watsonville. I was really excited about the food. The price was okay for pizza... and a drink. My favorite is combination. Which consists of different meats, cheese, olives, onions and mushrooms. To my dismaythe combination they served was mushrooms, olives and onions. I was so hungry I didn't realize until my stomach was full that iwas inhaling vegetarian instead of combination. I complained to the manager that he was cutting down on the ingredients for thecombinations. He only gave me part of the money back because I ate the food. I really shocked they cut down the ingredients onthe food. You are not serving the true great complete ingredients for the combination pizza! I called mountain mike's pizza atdifferent locations and it cost much more than this place. Mountain Mike's Pizza is really good, but this location is prettybad. You are cheating the customers! Love the pizza buffet, but it's expensive now. To top it off you cannot eat without being watched like a hawk by the lady owner.... It's very unprofessional and rude to those who you are serving. Prepare to feel uncomfortable and possibly be told somethingwhile your trying to have a nice lunch. Read more
Most of the employees are nice and helpful. The food was okay, boneless wings were very underwhelming.
Best pizza in the area. Totally customizable. Maybe a bit pricey for a pizza. But good stuff.
