"large fries", same price though...and customer service was bizarre
Well nobody greets you anymore, I had started my order only phone then switched to the kiosk once inside, then switched to the... counter to finish and they were just rude to me,pretty much I just felt ignored, maybe they had a real busy day and we're tired,I'm not sure but I had 2 friends waiting outside in the car and the manager walked outside and just glared at them for a coupleminutes, they were really uncomfortable, not sure what that was all about, needless to say we won't be back there anytime soon. Parking is horrible. They had up pull in the waiting area with 4 other cars also waitibg for their order. I asked fir ketchup... at the drive thru and when they brought the bag there was no ketchup, we were missing a fry & the fries we did have were icecold... Read more
Terrible service! First, when I got to the order speaker, I had to wait for almost 10 mins before anyone in the line moved.... Then they skipped over me and took the order of someone who was originally behind me at the other speaker. Next I had to waitanother 10+ min for my order, while they finished the orders of the all 4 cars behind me. Then they messed up my order and gaveme small fries when I ordered large fries, so they basically stole my money. Lastly, I called them when I got back home and noone answered the phone listed for the store. Honestly, I people make mistakes, but this level of service is just shameful. Dobetter. Read more
Very poor. Extreme difficulty even placing our order using the app. No refills. Won't be going to mcD very soon. The app... does not tell the true story. Couldn't get the fries and the large was the same basically as the old regulars. Very Sad Read more
This McDonald's in particular was okay. I've been to better of course. Although some of the workers here can provide better... customer service, most were pretty nice and the food was alright. I would go back for something quick to eat. Read more
Was working at one of the quick lunch stop by and grab a 10 piece nuggets with fries and a drink. Time to eat and ended up... getting a chicken sandwich, not what I ordered and I don?t like their chicken sandwiches. Going back later to complain and getmy actual order!!! Read more
A very poor experience in ordering food through the drive thru. The food was cold, had to wait an extra 15 minutes when it began... by getting the wrong drink. I was told drive forward to another window. It took for me to honk my horn to get someone'sattention. I was handed another drink and a very lame excuse. I had ordered the McRib meal with a large fries, large diet coke,and a Quarter ponder with cheese. The handed me a Dr Pepper drink. That caused the worker to ask me to move forward to anotherwindow. I was on the property at 6:12 pm. Left the restaurant at 6:36 pm. Cold soggy fries, cold sandwiches. Read more
