Drive thru was ridiculously slow. Ordered 4 pc mozzarella with marinara. Got 3 and no marinara.
Came in on a game day and there was no one on the lobby. We were served quickly and the food seemed fresh and was good.... Employees were friendly and dining room was clean. Will come again! Read more
Sat in line for over 10 minutes, got to the order box, was asked to wait even longer. Asked if I could go ahead and order, was... asked to wait again. Decided to leave and when driving by the drive thru window, saw 1 female leaned with her back up againstthe window while another employee looked to be having a conversation with her. 5 cars in line with excessive wait lines. Amazingthe 1 man who ran the restaurant by himself for months was capable of running effective and efficient, but having new peoplewith additional help and no sense of customer appreciation or sense of urgency. My family and I didn?t have the best experience with this Burger King at first. But we giving it another shot and the last few... times everything has been wonderful I noticed that when the Manager Shan and the other young lady Kandra is present everythinghas been A1 keep up the great work ladies. I don't know what was worse, waiting in line for 20 mins or the "Royal" chicken sandwich I ordered that tasted literally like... charcoal. The fries and sweet tea were on point but that sandwich.???? I have tried this location multiple times (all badencounters) and I believe that will be the last. Read more
Was very excited when we got a Burger King in Watkinsville, however this one has been terrible since opening. Employees are... rude (when they are open) and ignore customers standing waiting to order. We went in and the worker behaved as if we wereinvisible. She literally walked right past us and out to a car to chat with someone and just left us standing there at thecounter. We stood there waiting to see if anyone was going to take our order, finally got disgusted and walked out. That is theonly time we attempted to dine in. We typically go through the drive through now when they are open which lately isn?t often. Iunderstand having staffing issues, but don?t understand how they can remain in business when closed at 8:20 on Friday evenings. Burger King has so much potential in this town but apparently needs to hire quality managers/employees if they want to stay inbusiness. Read more
Extremely slow! I'm talking 30mins for 1 whopper meal to go! They need to close this location until they can get employees to... actually work! I saw the only 2 employees out back talking doing nothing else the entire time I was waiting for my meal. Noemployee was in the store for 30 minutes!
