Waited 20 minutes for my 3 item order and decided to say screw it, walked up and told the guy to just refund my order. I was... visibly annoyed but I was NOT rude nor did I cop an attitude. Young punk of a kid turns to his manager Carly and tells her " heyCarly, can you handle this, I like to fight" trying to make me look bad and insinuating I was being rude to him then walkedstraight away and hid in the back of the store. Carly had my order in her hand so I just took the order and left. Naturally,order something in my order was also wrong like ALWAYS??????????? Carl's Junior/Hardee's need to finally give up on thislocation. Worst performance and worst customer service in town. Read more
The lobby was closed for whatever reason, we almost thought they were actually closed, till somebody in drive thru finally... responded... The food was pretty good though Read more

Update. Tried again after a year. Looks like they got new crew. No change. Waited for 30 min to get food. Was cold and had... like a gallon of mustard on it. Just threw it all away. No point in waiting another 30 min to get money back. Went to Subwayacross the street to get lunch. I'd recommend that instead. Read more

Never been a go to place for me and I hate their burgers BUT their fries and sweet tea is to die for. I?m from the South and... everything here that they consider ?sweet tea? is NOT sweet. Hardee?s sweet tea is a game changer!! Read more
This place has been kind of rough past few months. I heard they had a new crew thought I?d give it a try. I must say I was... impressed. Drive-through was fast food was hot and fresh I even made a second order at the window and offered to drive aroundthey said just hang tight and I had my food out on the second order and 30 seconds. *update* 12/2 - hasn't gotten any better. Waited 25 mins this time for my order. No people in lobby 3 cars in drive thru Stayed... in line for 5-10 minutes before walking out. I was the only person in line. Employees saw me, walked right past me did notacknoledge me nor helped me. It's the only fast food burger place.
