Every time I'm here. The service is very slow, the food is mediocre at best, my last order was served with a burnt buns, so much... that all I could taste of it, the bathrooms....their usually filth. This really is a horrible franchise!! Read more
Very long line up at drive through went through quite fast considering how busy it was . Go there every day always friendly... service and always have gotten my order correct. We stopped to use the restrooms and get a bite to eat but ended up passing on the food due to such poor cleanliness standards in... the restrooms. I was glad I had sanitizer and kleenex in my purse. I did report it to supervisor in hopes that others would havea better experience, as there aren?t a lot of options in the area. This Tim Hortons needs to remember it is more than a drivethru! The worst Timmy I have ever been to. They never keep it open according to the advertised hours, half the time if you show up... after 9, they refused to serve you and on top of that, scanner never works on the evenings. The staff at the drive through arerude, never a please and thank you to customers. If there is a less than one star rating, they will get a minus for sure. Read more
I really liked this Tim Hortons branch. On the way to Detroit and coming back to Toronto, it was a very lovely experience there... as I went to refuel at the nearby Shell Gas Station. I was hungry and also to use the washroom. I marked this as a nice place bylittle bit detouring when using highway 402. I will be there in near future on my next trip. Read more
