Waitress was good. Salad bar was very good. Menu items were okay.
I was super excited to visit, it was a Saturday evening. I got the salad bar. Fresh looking and tasting. Wonderful selection.... Very please with my dinner. Husband however got steak and it was an odd Grey color, usually has grill masks and appealing look-this time not so much. He was less than impressed but did agree the salad bar was good. Likely would give 2nd thought to gettingsteak there again in future. Read more

I haven't been in Ruby Tuesday in a while, and I ordered the endless salad bar for lunch with unsweetened iced tea. Everything... on the salad bar looked and tasted fresh. I missed marinated mushrooms and blue cheese dressing that used to be on the bar. The smaller plates are fine if ordering the bar to accompany a meal: however, they may necessitate a second trip when orderingthe bar as a meal. This is not always convenient or comfortable for seniors. Please consider offering a large plate for thesalad bar as a meal. The service was good, but I would have liked a refill on my iced tea. The food was fresh and tasted great. The hickory bourbon salmon I ordered was fantastic but only 4 stars because there was too... much pepper on it and despite there not being many people dining in, we waited 50 minutes for our entrees. The description inthe menu did not specify there was pepper, otherwise I would have informed them to not use it on my meal. Other than that, itwas a fairly quiet, calm atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. I would suggest not having super long fake nails as awaitress though - they can fall off and I've seen it happen at other restaurants I've been to, plus it's just kinda gross from apatron perspective. Average. There are a lot better places in the area, just not many open on Monday nights. I hadn't been here in quite some time.
This place was pretty ok. I had missed all of them when they were open near me. We were traveling and not extremely hungry. I... got unlimited salad w/ 2 sliders and he got unlimited salad w/ unlimited soup. The soups weren't the best, but we also wentclose to closing time. The sliders looked great and I opted to go with just the salad and take the sliders with me since we weretraveling. We packed some Lettuce and tomatoes in our to go box from the salad bar, for the sliders. I forgot about them and atethem 2 or 3 days later (it's been cold enough in the car), without the extras of course. They were pretty good.The salad bar wasgreat . They took the romaine and we had to switch to iceberg but no big deal. They should add pieces of chicken to it.. thesalad bar is a little slim but also just enough. The employees were nice. People in the kitchen area were singing obnoxiouslyloud. That was very unappealing. Especially after a very long day and just wanting to grab a bite and rest. Thankfully ourwaitress had asked them to quiet down bc it was soooo obnoxiously loud. Overpowered every sound in the restaurant. Sure it wasonly us and 1 or 2 other couples but were not interested in that, if we opted for a bar then sure, but we didn't. Overall a goodplace. Read more
Absolutely upset! They recently took away the ability to call in orders and demand you use their website... Problem is their... website doesn't allow any customization (removing veggies off a burger for instance) or even a special notes box at checkout...But boy don't they still want that tip.. for what..you can't even take a minute to answer the phone and then cash me out. Theylitterly walk it 6' from the kitchen to the bar. AT LEAST fix the website... Not going again. Not the servers fault I'm sure butthat's the trickle down effect when management makes bad choices. Foods ok nothing but outstanding to make me go back when Ihave to peel soggy tomatoes onions and lettuce off my bun before I can eat. Loaded fries are pretty skimpy on the "loaded"front. This isn't the first time trying the loaded fries for a 2$ upcharge I expect more than a thin drizzle of cheese and ateaspoon of bacon bits over the top... Both times very unsatisfying. Read more
