Really good. People there been nice every time I go there
This place has really gone downhill since they opened. 2nd bad experience in the past 2 months. Last time, the 2 workers were... side by side having a full on personal conversation the whole time they were making our sandwiches. I'd rather not have spit inthem, for no reason. Both times, the sandwiches were very soggy and didn't taste good. Definitely not worth the money. Subway isbetter at this point. We won't be back. Read more
I enjoy eating the spicy Cajun chicken sandwich either medium or large and always with a pickle slice. They could use a sandwich... with a little bit more veggie's on it and more spice would be nice. The staff is usually kind but just like anybody they couldhave a bad day and you can tell when you check out. Usualy great service for the most part. The soda's not really tasteful,they don't have a good selection of soda. Read more

First time I had ever been here, and my daughter took me for Mother's Day! I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The... place was clean, and the employees were very friendly. We took our very tired, 18 month old grandson with us, and he was cranky.The employees came out and gave him a fire hat, which caught his attention for a few minutes. The owner even brought him anotherdessert to help soothe him, after he came out and asked us how everything was. The food was fantastic; so much in the sub, Icouldn't even eat mine! Delicious food! I couldn't believe how courteous everyone was there! I had a great experience, and whenI visit Waterville again, shall probably visit again. Just want to thank the owner and employees. Giving it two stars because I love what this business stands for. Giving it two stars for tge horrible expirience I had there as... well. Jan 27th 530 to 610 waited for one sandwich that whole entire time. Whatever they are doing is not working at all. On topof that the very unclean associate was walking as slow as possible talking about how mushy the tomatoes were tonight.Deplorable. What happend to workers integrity. If they find making a sandwich hard then they have a long hard life ahead ofthem. Read more
