Breakfast was good. Interesting thing happened. Another gentleman was sitting alone having his coffee. I politely asked if I... could join him. He accepted and it was the most interesting conversation I've had in some time. Ed was very entertaining and weshared some common interests. Frank always makes a good breakfast. Awful service. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences that I've had. The food is below par with croutons... drenched in oil, mushroom soup that had the consistency of Elmer's glue, and a depressing main course that was anything butfresh or homemade. The service was absent. We received a rushed greeting when she took our order and she only showed 1 othertime to drop off our food with no inquiry about our experience so far which wasn't pleasant. I wound up going to the front andhaving another server give me my bill so I could leave. Cheap restaurant. Reminds me a cheap Greek family restaurant. Food wasn?t great. I was disappointed in the baked French onion... soup which was falsely advertised because it wasn?t baked at all. It was probably heated up in a microwave and a piece of cheeseof just thrown on top. Probably the worst French onion soup I?ve ever had honestly. Waitress was pleasant though. Read more
