I ordered the Shake Shack Spicy Hot Ones bacon burger. The picture I took does not do this buger justice. It tasted amazing,... and the heat level in the burger sauce was just perfect. For those who like a low level of heat then this burger would be waytoo hot for you. I also added a package of Louisiana hot sauce that Shake Shack supplies, and the burger was extra deliciouslyhot. The crinkle cut fries were good, but not exceptionally so. Someone in my group ordered the chicken nuggets, and they werecrisp and moist and absolutely delicious. The shakes are great. I was at the Arsenal Park location, and service was verypolite and courteous, but they forgot multiple items in our order. It was super busy when we were there. Read more
Consistently slow. They have racks full of online orders while 50ppl waiting in person. Staff seems generally disorganized &... semi clueless. Forgot to add: about 30m wait. The burger was cold and shake melted. So either someone just forgot to call ourname or they waited until the fries came out, but they weren't super hot either. They need an actual manager, and prioritizein-person orders. Read more

Shake Shack is a guilty pleasure of mine when I visit Arsenal Yards. Their soft little potato buns wrapped around the perfect... cuts of lettuce, tomato, and cheese-covered smashed hamburgers - then placed in a nice paper pouch, is just a simple andwonderful American burger. Add in crinkle-cut fries, always fried to a crisp - and chicken nuggets made with real chunks ofchicken - and you have a winning meal! You can also play foosball here! Though, I wouldn't recommend it during a pandemic. Theonly knock against this place is sometimes the questionable employee behavior. i ordered a burger and shake for delivery so first of all they didn?t give us a shake and second of all there was plastic... INSIDE the meat which i pulled out obviously. we called them they said we could have a free meal. so we went there a few weekslater we got food and they said they wouldn?t give us a free meal so we ordered to burgers and fries (we paid ) and they didn?tgive us fries, it wasn?t in the bag with our food. very disappointed Read more
The person who took our order was so nice! Very timely. Their food never disappoints. The chicken sandwich isn't bad, but I... really like their burgers. I'm a fan of the soft buns and the sauce. They have a vegetarian mushroom burger that I really enjoyas well. It's a mushroom stuffed with melty cheese. The shakes are nice and thick. The tables were a bit untidy, but that'smostly due to the customers thinking they don't need to pick up after themselves. Read more
