Ordered today for the first time. I was unable to pick two appetizers on the online order but after my order was submitted the... restaurant promptly called to verify what I wanted. They were very professional and nice! I also had forgotten to ordersomething and quickly made another order. All of the food arrived warm, on time and delicious. Ordered chow mein, low mein, andhouse special fried rice. Everything tasted amazing! Usually I get sick with some asian foods but not this place. Will beordering more often. Read more

We used to like this place but it's hard to now since they're rather inefficient. **Last 2x I ordered for my husband he picked... up on his lunch break only to discover there was no duck sauce in the bag. He doesn't eat chicken fingers without it so they goto waste since he can't leave work a second time to drive back to the restaurant. Today he watched the employees put his bagtogether & didn't see them put duck sauce in so he asked & they claimed it was in the bag. He was smart enough to open the bagin the store & lo and behold there was NO duck sauce again. The employee insisted there was, took the chicken fingers out of thebag & all that..& says "oh you want extra duck sauce?" No..he only wants the one it should come with! I know better than to everorder delivery from here. Get it together please! Efficiency matters & duck sauce is definitely something you can spare. Don'tpenny pinch! **Another quite nasty tidbit is that the employee apparently had accidentally put two small bags containing 3chicken fingers in my husband's bag even though we only ordered one...upon noticing he took one back to serve to anothercustomer which is really gross in these times since my husband had already opened the bag/touched them. Was excited to try this place out as it is very convenient location wise. Unfortunately the food was a major let down. We got... the orange chicken, chicken chow-mein, egg rolls, and kung pao chicken.. The orange chicken & eggroll were pretty good anddelivery was quick & affordable, but the chicken chow-mein was a MAJOR disappintment. The entire container was sprouts and sadlooking boiled chicken- we did not eat it. We could not find any noodles :/ ended up throwing it out because it was not good(pictured here). Read more

Let me start by saying that the Belmont location is and will always be my favorite location hands down! But this location is... also great and has friendly people who work there too. The older man at the front desk is such a friendly guy! So on to thefood, the food is great here. I have had many compliments when I order from either location and have company over, they usuallyask me from where the food was and some drive all the way over here just to get their food!
