This Dunkin Donuts has terrible service. I hate to say it, but most of the employees are incompetent. Waited 20 minutes for a... donut. Literally half of these jobs could be replaced by a robot. I also love how this store favors in-store customers overmobile ordering. What?s the point of ordering ahead of some guy can roll in 10 minutes after me and get their food first?Franchise owner clearly didn?t go to business school or possibly any school for that matter. Ordered a Brown Sugar Cold Brew and something was definitely off with the drink. Usually have had no issues at other Dunkin'... locations. Read more

This is definitely one of the best dunks in the area. I've been there probably hundreds of times at this point and I don't think... they've once messed up my order. They always make the coffee perfectly, it never tastes burnt or too weak, and the food too --cheese always melted, hashbrowns cooked right, etc. The staff here is kind and clearly puts care into the treats they make forus addicts! Iced latte small size and Boston cream pie is my favorite from DD. This location has really fresh Boston Cream Pie donuts ????... compared to many others. The staffs are really nice, helpful, and accommodating. They have tables and chairs to sit inside aswell as couple of tables outside. It is located very much centrally near Watertown Square with access to a bunch of shops inWatertown. Today, somewhat I felt my latte is too strong for me and the nice lady offered me a pump of caramel. It was very niceof her. I usually come to DD middle of a 35/50 miles bike ride for some further caffeine and a donut or two. However, thisbranch which is close to my house, I visit it mainly for fresh Boston Cream Pie. The service is very fast and I really neverremember seeing a line here as they help the customers very timely. The shop is not deserted and it?s good to interact with someother customers from time to time. I paid $5.44 for a small iced latte and a Boston cream pie and I think it?s very decent pricefor delicious breakfast. Read more
